I really like where this was going, but it didn't end up coming anywhere. An ad break is not justified for a 3 minute cartoon, it had two bumpers with the main character even before he appeared officially, that's kida whack. And what's left besides that has very slow pacing. Maybe it's going for a sort of relaxed atmosphere, but when you're working with your own recources, fast pacing is key, this whole prologue could have been twice as short, and there could've been more room for the main character to actually do something. Now, WITH THAT SAID... I do like the vibe. The atmosphere feels very peaceful and cozy, despite it being a chase scene.
